This business is situated in Temuka near Timaru on the South Island therefore.....
Delivery to the North Island and rural addresses cannot be guaranteed delivery on the date however we will do our very best to get them delivered either before or if not enough time given the day after, if needed try the overnight option.
NZ Wide there can be delays with couriers and they can be unpredictable at times sorry but we have no control over the couriers, we do our best to get deliveries on the date or at least as close to the date as possible, we are not responsible for late or early delivery but please contact us if there is a problem and we will do our best or if it’s urgent and you have the tracking you can call your local depot which maybe a quicker option.

Please allow at least 1 day for making where possible ALL orders need to be in by 9am
Timaru, Temuka and Geraldine delivery is $7
Pick up in Temuka free - organise pick up via Lucy at dandycandygifts@gmail.com
Timaru to Christchurch (including Ashburton, Rakaia, Rolleston) is $10 (Residential addresses only)
Otago, Southland to Invercargill Residential and rural delivery is $16

North Island residential and rural delivery is $23 per bouquet - sorry these are no dates guaranteed and take1-5 working days for delivery.
There is an option of overnight for the North Island small mug bouquets (These can be overnight for no extra cost x1 mug bouquet only one delivery address) and standard sized bouquets (from $37) - please email dandycandygifts@gmail.com for a confirmation on price to order this option we will need to know which bouquet your ordering, delivery address and if you decide to go ahead we will email an invoice for payment) - it is for residential addresses only. (mug bouquets order as usual but put overnight in cart note box).
The rest of the South Island including rural is $16 per bouquet
South Island Residential deliveries are mostly overnight (this depends what date you choose on the calendar) also some areas may require 1-2 business days, once dispatched (remember they need at least a day for making)
Rural deliveries South Island take 2-4 working days for delivery (mostly 2) Rural deliveries can only be delivered as close to the date as possible.
T-shirts/cutting boards, large latte mugs with lollies - $10 delivery nz wide - returns up to 14 days after delivery on clothing as long as its in the exact same condition as when it was sent (sorry no refunds or returns on custom made shirts)
Large vased bouquets delivery due to size is twice the price of the standard sized bouquets - North Island from $36 - South Island from $32 depending where delivery is.
There is no delivery available at weekends or public holidays (although this may change in the near future as this is being worked on for Saturday delivery - 7 April 2024)
In some instances Your Bouquet will be left please let us know in the note box at cart if there is a suitable place to leave it from harm.
Incorrect shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer, please check your address for shipping is correct on your confirmation email, if not please let us know immediately. Sorry no refunds or new bouquets will be sent if it is your own mistake.
Occasionally a product may not be available in time for processing if this happens a similar product will be substituted.
We take no responsibility for any dietary or allergy problems these are the purchasers responsibility to purchase a bouquet that suits their persons needs, we only do it to the best of our knowledge.
