Please understand this is not like flowers, it is not interflora, bouquets are delivered by standard couriers, couriers can be unpredictable sometimes, no dates can be guaranteed on the date you choose unless you live in Timaru or Temuka. If you feel you will be upset if your bouquet is late please do not purchase one or consider sending it a day early, however we do our best to get them delivered on time. 

If you have ordered and don’t receive a confirmation please check your junk folder or spam.


Please allow at least 2 days before your delivery date for making and courier delivery where possible.

Timaru is $7 per bouquet (Residential only)

Temuka is $7 per bouquet (Residential only)

Geraldine is $7 (Residential only)

Pick up in Temuka free  - organise pick up via Lucy at or text 0273616889.

Temuka to Christchurch (including Ashburton,Rakaia,Rolleston) is $10 (Residential addresses only)

Timaru to Christchurch are now delivered by azap couriers and post haste when time is limited.


South And North Island delivery including rural is $16 per bouquet.

North and South Island deliveries are via Post Haste couriers, if there’s an issue with delivery the best way is to contact them first directly through your branch if possible, if not let Lucy know via the contact page or email, emails are checked regularly.

North Island deliveries take 2-3 working days and are not available by date - You can pick a date and we will do our best to get it delivered on that date but no guarantees.

South Island Residential deliveries are overnight once dispatched - (occasionally they can be a day extra) we allow just for overnight, if you dont mind it being early just put in the notebox to give it two days instead of one.

Rural deliveries South Island take 2-3 working days for delivery, North Island allow 3-5 working days. Rural deliveries can only be delivered as close to the date as possible.

A signature may be required upon delivery for all bouquets being delivered by courier (where there is no authorization to leave), if you or your recipient is not home a card will be left to organize delivery or pick up, if there is a safe place for it to be left out of the sun, leave a message at cart telling us where and a note can be given to courier.

We do try to get bouquets delivered on time but occasionally due to courier delays this does not happen, no deliveries can be guaranteed on the date, this is out of our control (Peak times such as Christmas, valentines , Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Easter can definitely not be guaranteed due to delays or sometimes even bad weather can also hold them up) If in doubt and you can deliver it to yourself first before the date required or send it a day or two before the date we would highly recommend you do this especially at busy times.  

Occassionally a product may not be avaiable in time for processing if this happens a similar product will be substituted.
